Hi guys. I know there are heaps of threads on VZ clusters but i didnt find my answers.

Basically I have a VZ Exec and wanting to upgrade to a 3 window cluster. I know there is programming and such involved so im not asking about that. Im having trouble deciding which one to buy. Just from 10 mins on ebay i found atleast 10 different part numbers for the 3 window clusters. Some of them the differences are obvious like dial colour and AWD specific ones. Ive narrowed it down to 3 and want to see if anyone knows what the real difference is between them. Anyone know the difference between level 2 and 3 apart from the speedo?
Also does the ACD and the DC on the back mean anything?

No real difference. Level 2 and 3 I think are just Berlina and Calais.

I have a VY, and I have a cluster that looks pretty much identical to the Level 3 one you have there. Looks absolutely mint. White backlighting, looks fantastic.

As far as i can tell it looks like just the speedo. Level 2 goes to 240km/h and level 3 goes to 260km/h.

Some good information there but can see a few mistakes. Where it says type 1,2,3 is that refering to the level of cluster? Is that from the Holden Manual?

Yeah but the needles are the same, just the numbers go higher, but they go further around.

My cluster, would never use a cluster with green back lights again.

Yeah I plan on changing mine to blue with white needles when I decide on which cluster to get.

I don't mind the white back light and needles with the green screen.

I keep the green screens , with all the green dials, and I have my headunit set to have green buttons. Its a nice theme.

I get in my mates VY Executive and hate the factory cluster. Looks so poor after my Calais one.

Yep, it is the Holden factory workshop manual.
