Vz Commodore P2138 Fault code

I’m having trouble with a VZ Sv6 that keeps going into limp mode and throwing the P2138 code. I have tried replacing throttle body, throttle pedal, cleaning earths and plugs and even a new ecu I am wondering if anyone knows a solution as it’s giving me lots of trouble

DTC P2138 – Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 1 – 2 Correlation

The ECM detects the difference between the APP sensor 1 and sensor 2 signal voltage is greater than the
predetermined value.

Now the rest of what is going on is long and complicated.
To resolve this, you need to get your mitts on a Tech2 device (or other high end interface device, such as SnapOn)
There is a clear process to follow that will give answers, but theres no way i'm typing it all out tonight.
