Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the V6 and V8 fuel sender units are in the VZ crewman.

Are they different sizes physically or are the pumps different??

If possible does anyone have the part numbers for these items.

I am after a V6 crewman fuel sender assembly.

I think the part number for the V8 one is 92168321 but unsure what the part number is for the V6.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Jason

I have one in the garage somewhere. It's not genuine though, so PN won't be applicable.
On a side note, this video might help with the job:

I should mention, that going through the manual, there doesn't seem to be any difference pointed out between V6 and V8 pumps. (Not to say there might be). What there are, are differences in is the year of manufacture.
'05 and '06 have different fuel delivery systems.

'06 and '07 have a one way fuel line. There is no return line.
Earlier models will have a return line.
There is also the vapour line that goes back to the tank from the purge solenoid in the engine bay.

Depending on the year, some pump assemblies have three hoses attached to the top, some have one.
