audio stuff is changing very fast and the best way is to get on there web sites what brand ever you prefer but spare parts shop wouldnt have the range as a car audio business

My VE set up is pretty Killa, for a budget system anyway. Cost me around $1600 all up including installation.

I have bought some gear from Elite Electronics, speakers and sub, but by the time I was put onto them I had already bought my HU from Autobarn.
Clearly I'm out of touch with the latest tech......

I went budget because in reality the additional option I could have got for paying a fair bit more was Google Maps. Although I'm so out if touch that the new units probably turn on and change playlists via voice command and no doubt speakers no longer need to be wired in on the high end stuff?

My Red VZ Crewman has Alpine ILX-007 headunit. GTO609c in the front and Alpine 2ways in the rear doors.

I’m extremely happy with that.

My Cross8 Crewman has Alpine headunit (CarPlay enabled) again, and GTO609c front and rear.

Both have a rear camera.
Both have Google Maps, handsfree calling and messaging, music apps, radio apps.
The Cross8 has DAB.
