Hi guys
Just bought a VZ SV6 6 SPD 190kw
I want to improve the performance a bit , thinking of a better exhaust or chip mod
First timer here so unsure about cost etc.
Any advice or help appreciated

Hi Jeffro
Firstly - welcome to the forum. There are a number of mods that can be done and how far you go depends on what you want to achieve. I recommend that you start by making the beastie breathe a little better - extractors, cat back exhaust and cold air intake would be a great start. You could also add a custom tune to that list if you want a little more performance and after that you are looking at replacing cams and forced induction. Do a search for VZ SV6 performance and there are plenty of threads to follow. I trust this points you in the right direction.

also investigate "diff gears" as people call them - might give you what you want.

Thanks for that I'll check it out...a mate said 2 1/2 inch st steel cat back would be a good choice.
I'd like a nice sound and a bit more pick up.
I know cars a bit , just not these ones lol
