VZ EXEC.
hi, guys.

does anyone know of if you can obtain from the holden dealers, or internet, a VZ partsbook or cd ???
i tried the internet, nothing, i believe the holden dealers would not sell you a partsbook anyway...

years ago you could buy parts books from the dealers, but nowadays they dont wont you to repair your car, just take the thing to the local holden dealer and pay any price they charge you.

for example i wanted a VZ belt tensioner assy #12575509 from holden australia. over $300
the internet price from a gm dealer overseas is $180-200 price range ???.
the debate about buying online or buying from your local holden dealer is on going....

parts catalogues are online systems now and require a dongle to use, which is a little USB device with a registration number thats registered to a particular PC and dealership. Dealers even struggle to get additional dongles for their workshop PC's, so the customer has no chance.
