VZ knocking issue

Hi guys, so my vz calais (v6 190kw) has this weird knock, misfire or surge like issue, so it mostly only when im on the highway and in roughly 1900rpm, and i give it a little bit of throttle, the car seems to bog down and theres a noticible knock from the car, hard to tell where from, either drive train or engine, and the car looses power and the revs will just sort of bounce from 1600-1900rpm, but once i give it more throttle it just regains power and will accelerate fine untill i get around 1900rpm again? I dont notice any rough idle or other common issue, engine wasn't over heated (according to gauge), and everything else seems fine. No engine light. Take off is normal.
Have ordered obd 2 reader.

Symptoms anything associated with
the diff?
cam angle sensor?
coil pack?
timing chain?
