VZ loud tappert rattle comes and goes

hey my VZ runs beautifuly than i get this almighty rattle around tappert area its a shocking sound makes me want to turn it off strait away. Seen on youtube other vz with same noise some suggest its the camshaft actuator or sencer any ideas need some with this one
