Hi blackvz

In addition to what you've already done, I would probably do a fuel pressure test to make sure each cylinder is receiving adequate fueling at the right time and if that's all good, I would do a compression check as one of the valves or head gasket may be worn. You may even have a vac leak around the manifold and predominantly that cylinder. Alternatively, I'd hit up the guys on the VZ forum:

VZ Holden Commodore (2004 - 2006)

Kind regards
Damian
