Vz not driving

I’ve just done a gearbox swap, auto to auto, done everything, hooked everything back up, ran through the gears while pouring trans oil in and it’s still not driving, it will select gears but won’t even attempt to spin and driveshaft and wheels

That’s a box full of neutrals. It’s no good. Take the gearbox back to where you got it.

did you fit the torque converter
did you bolt torque converter to flex plate
did you fit a filter

That caught my eye.
I would recheck trans oil level bc I,m thinking it may not have enough oil.
