Tried hooking this onto an old thread but no luck so thought I would start a new thread.
The thermo fan on the passenger side of radiator never works.
I have run straight power and it works, so fan is not the problem.
I have looked at a lot of threads/replies about this issue and the only one that seems to make sense is the computer needs to be reset (old thread from madnuts) but not keen on giving Holden dealer open slather on that, so I have mailed them with the question and cost request.
The reason I would like the 2 fans to run(drivers runs with air con all the time) is both our VZ's blew the radiator a few months ago and both on the passenger side, so running both fans would have to be good for the radiator.
I am also thinking I may be able to splice the passenger wiring into the drivers wiring and run the 2 that way although I don't know if it will be too much draw for the 30 amp fuse.
Thoughts please.
