Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help out there. I've got a VZ Berlina and until recently has been running good and then all of sudden it starts running rough on idle when its cold. The shaking was pretty bad and here is what Ive done to try and fix it (some recommended by Holden Mechanic as well):
1. All new injectors.
2. Put in a new ECU (coded by Holden)
3. Put in a new Coolant Temperature Sensor
4. Put in new air hoses
The throttle body looks clean, I've disconnected the battery.
Its still running rough on cold start up but after a short time runs better than it did before.

The only error code it has had since is P2100 and since then i have the Safety Mode signal come up. Im at a lose what is wrong with it?

Is it possible the O2 heater circuit is compromised, but not throwing a code?

Hi guys.
Thought I would give an update as well as closure. The car is fix thank god! After everything that was changed on the car, the cold idle and shuddering was from the number 2 injector and number 2 coil.
I took it to Calder Auto Elec and that champ fixed it. Afters others taking 4 weeks to try and find out what was wrong with it, this bloke worked it out in three hours

This is a good video relating, in some part, to this issue.

Glad you got it fixed but now I'm having the same problem!

Could it be a coil or injector issue without showing on a diagnostic tool?

I'm concerned my issue is fuel system related and its throwing a "service soon" message now.
