You Perth p platers with your big V8's. I was on my P's for 5 years and would have loved to drive my V8 around without crapping myself that I was going to get done!

Not a shed... Its my work haha.

Only good thing about wa is being able to drive any car on L and P plates. Did my Ls in my dads Monaro, so always driven V8s.

SL king springs and Monroe shock have been purchased so will chuck them in when I service her tomorrow.

Well springs and shocks are in... And im not really happy.

Sits a little higher but not what I want, and the ride is CRAP cant absorb a small bump if it tried.Maybe it just need to be broken in or else its all coming back out and going on gumtree.

F+R shocks
F+R springs
New strut top bushes with bearings
NGK iridium plugs
Genuine leads
Ryco air,oil and fuel filters

This is why low cars are gay

Not only paint scraped off, missing a lot of plastic too.

If you wanted a good ride then fitting lowered springs isn't going to help the cause and you fitted Monroe GT Sports which are supposed to offer a softer ride when used with stiffer springs.
Ive given up on stiff low springs for street use these days, rather use quality shocks with std HSV or Holden FE2 springs and big swaybars.
That way you get good ride with pretty flat handling.

That might have to be the next step if I cant live with what I have.

We've fitted the whole front urethane, Kings and Monroe sports to my sons VY and when I drive it I can feel every ripple and concrete joint around our place.
Where as mine is a bassy thump his is a definite bang/clunk.

Well did a little more work on her this morning.

Changed:
Coolant
Diff oil
Fuel filter
A/C belt

Not much work done but a step closer to a happy car.

Goes to get some new tyres on Tuesday... Really needs them

List of need to do:
Steering wheel controls
Brake fluid
Aerial
Tank strap rubbers
Rear sub frame bushes (1 side completely separated)

That's all I can think of right now... Im sure there is more
