Vz ss headlights into vz sv6

Hi all ive recently put some vz ss headlights into my vz sv6 and when i go from low beam to high beam the low beam side cuts out and only the high beams are on. When you pull back on the stalk they both turn on together like they should. I have searched on here and google but cant find any help on it. If anyone could help out that would be great.

There's a thread on here with a diagram that shows the exact wiring modification that needs to be done
Might have to try searching again to find it, unless someone can post the link to the thread

I found one somewhere for VT Monaro headlight upgrade somewhere. I’ve never been able to find one for VZ wiring.

Is this the same?
