    i would be trying a locksmith first as i think the barrel may have grit in it or one of the things has fallen down inside

    the barrel is worn out, it needs to be replaced

    As boganV8 and dr bob said id agree and say ur barrel needs replacing u can pick up cheap barrels off ebay i think.
