Vz ss thunder box vs ve ss

sorry guys, it's doing my head in and I can't find anything on the Internet.
Is the gearbox in a vz ss manual thunder the same as a ve ss manual gearbox?

Correct. Both T56.

There's a few minor differences between the two regarding syncros but they're essentially the same box.

not sure to be honest - I know the HSV's ran the TR6060 and it's amazing in terms of feel.

HSV's had TR-6060 from August 2008.

Yea I knew hsv's did but I recall seeing somewhere recently that the ve's got them at some point. May just have my wires crossed.
