    Howdy guys,

I did a bit of a search for this on here and google and didn't have much luck. Hopefully someone can help.

I'm just looking at upgrading my VZ SS's brakes, and wondering if there is much of a difference between the SS brakes and HSV brakes.

Also is there anywhere in particular that I can look for them, I searched eBay today and didn't come up with much.

    Thanks in advance guys.

    Cheers,

    James

Do you have an LS1 or 6 Litre VZ?

Is it for street or track use?

    It's a LS1, and for street

I've bled my brakes several times, the pads and discs are in good nick, but I'm still unhappy with the brakes and pedal feel.

    Cheers

Yep sizes are as surfwagon wrote.

Have a chat to Greg at GSL Rallysport in the sponsors section, he can give you prices on all the different specs.

The SSZ upgrade is good value.

The pads in the AP 4 spot setup are the same as Ferodo DS2500 formula.
I have these same brakes on my senator and for street use they are great, have heard for track use they need better pads or upgrading to the 6/4 larger GTS AP's.

Give Matt@ Racebrakes Sydney a ring, plenty of people on here and other forums use his pads with great success.
