VZ sv6 engine changeover carryover codes?

I’ve done an engine and trans changeover in a SV6 as old motor had done a lot of kms and the transmission died. I kept the ECU as that was replaced with a brand new one back in 2019. Took car for a drive and the old check power train light came on and checked codes and they were same from old motor. I deleted them and went for a drive and it came back on with same codes. Has anyone experienced this and how did you sort it out? Any help appreciate.

This tells us, the codes are being generated by things outside that of the engine.
What were the codes generated?

There were 6 than came up. I deleted again, once they return I’ll write them down and let you know.

Any idea how often the timing chains need to be done on theses alloytechs?

Ok codes are P2092 A camshaft position actuator control circuit low bank 2b
P2090 B camshaft position actuator control circuit low bank 1c
P0023 B camshaft position actuator circuit/open bank 2
P2088 A camshaft position actuator control circuit low bank 1b
P2009 intake manifold runner control circuit low bank 1a
P0031 H02s heater control circuit low bank/ sensor 1
These are the codes that are continuing to return after deleting them. Thoughts?

Do you still have the old motor?
If so, remove the relative sensors and swap over and then see if the issues return.
It is entirely possible this engine has some issues.
