Just wondering if anyone has had this problem. My car started fine yesterday morning when I took it out but when I went back to start it after about half an hour there was nothing when I turned the key. The car has done this a few times previously but has always started straight up on the second try.
The battery has been replaced within the last 3 months and the radio, aircon and dashlights are all still working.
After trying to start it for a bit it would crank but not enough to turn it over.
The immobilizer doesn't seem to be the problem because there is no flashing lock light.
My first thought is the starter motor but someone has suggested to me that it could be the ignition switch. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
