Using SumatraPDF I can navigate thru the menus by clicking on the blue type.
my default firefox reader wont do it

I'm using Acrobat Reader DC, I can also navigate through the menus by clicking on the Blue Text links.

Using Sumatra l can navigate through now.
PDF was the magic word. Not ABRA CADABRA. HAHAHAHAHA

Mine did that a few times. Was able to restart the download.
Try again, wait for 'network interrupted' (something like that) then restart download (again something like that). May have to wait awhile for the 'network interrupted', but not to long.
Hope it works for you.

Yes, the three files (two folders and one pdf file should be saved into one folder together.

VZ is on the pdf.

VT-VY are in one of the folders.
