i was lookin at this woodgrain insert on ebay 4 the strip that has the lil irs badge or watever it is sits under the cd part wondering if i have 2 change the hole panel or does that lil bit cum out

pry the old 1 out with a phillips head and glue the new 1 on i dont think they're part of the actual console

Have to change the whole panel. It's one big piece that surrounds the stereo and is also joined to the recessed area under the stereo where you keep your spare change.
