wat amp to use?

hi i have a us audio sub it is a 10"
i am stuck on what kind of amp to use?
a mono one is the right one but wat size? the sub
is no more then 400w

then if i was to buy a amp for it would i be able to run 3 subs off the mono channel amp?

you would be better off buying a 2 channel amp to start with if your planning on running two other subs later on, then al you need to do is buy the same 2 channel amp and run the other 2 subs off that and have a spare channel cos running 3 subs off a monoblock amp wont be as affective

yeah i looked i just couldn't be bothered explaining about impedances and all that then.
why do you want 3 subs?
do a search for impedance on the net and then you will understand how different subs can be wired to maximise an amp's potentional power.
but its still comes down to WHY 3 subs?

save yourself a couple of bucks on subs and go for just 2 and put what you've saved towards getting a better amplifier.

Also, in no way will a mono be more efficient than 2 2 channel amps. The only time it might be is if you want to run one 4ohm sub

ummm. class d amps are more efficient than class A/B. Am i missing something?
