Water getting in second cylinder of vt

What do you think can be going on if water is going into second cylinder? On a vt 3.8

Blown head gasket, cracked or corroded head, cracked or corroded block?
How do you know it is (only) the 2nd pot?

Pulled spark plugs out it is only in the second cylinder

If it was mine I would be taking the head off on that side for a look (or paying someone to).

LIM Gaskets would be worth looking into first before pulling the heads off.

No. But how did you come to the conclusion that could be an option?
