Do i need to seal gaskets with sealant or not. read somewhere 4 dobs in each corner or something, lol so unorganized atm.

Also what is the Torque setting for the Manifold Bolts?

Mace didn't include it? That's tight. Blue or grey permatex gasket sealant will do it. It's just for the corners where the strips meet the gasket. Should be obvious, I go a little under and a little over

12-18nm in the below order. Id do it in two passes and finish up on 20. Then hit with 20 again after you've got 100kms on it

All tightened up manifold and blower but hit a snag.... broke this part when trying to put it back together.
It goes on the end of the inlet pipe with an o ring behind the pulley tensioner. What is it called? need to order a new one.

Hey im back...
Got the motor back together (finally) and it's turning over but not starting.
Everything seems connected except 1 wire i found.
It runs the right side of motor just behind the coils, also has temp sender in the wiring loom.
It looks like the plug for the Air Box but it already has one in there which also connects to the MAF
So where would it go?

Not Starting.
Took fuel lines off and turned key, fuel comes out, was a bit yellowish and not much smell, so pumped a bit out and topped it up a little with fresh fuel.
Tried 'Start Ya Bastard' down the TB and still no start.

I do the same but 3 passes up to 20. I use sealant on the bolt threads so they shouldn't need a re-torque. I bought a cute little 1/4" torque wrench just for this job :)
