Hi guys, started the ute today and noticed it running rough, had a look out the back and water is coming out the exhaust
Would this be a LIM gasket?

How much water came out ?
Could just be some condensation if you haven't driven for some time.

I had a head gasket go on a 202 many years ago and it was like a steam cloud out of the exhaust.

It used to throw a little bit which i assumed was condensation due to not driving it but this more major, something going on.
Keep it running and give it a rev then it will flow a bit, let it run for a few minutes, same....

Is it using water? This might give a hint whether it is gasket/block related or not

IMA, when I bought my V6 VY, the LIM was gone, but didn't throw water from the exhaust pipe....It did loose water into the sump though and had the milky residue on the oil filler cap

Thats more than just condensation, check the plugs/wet with water.

Can be a few things if using water when warmed up, especially when hot as metal expands like a crack, when cold looks to be a broken gasket between water and exhaust valve/chamber

Ok, did a little checking...
Plugs are dry, sooty from to much fuel mixture but dry.
Oil Cap, 2 drops of milky slugs on underside of cap.
Not dripping like yesterday more steam out now

Have you checked the coolant level?
Are you aware it MUST be RED?
