you can get a meg's clay kit from autobarn, supercheap, repco, etc - I think it's about 35 bucks - but it's not great clay. Car Care Products (sponsor) do a Mint (brand) clay bar kit for around 26 bucks. I've not used it, but a lot of the Mint products are pretty good. Failing all that, just grab some goo remover. Should work fine.

Best method is leave the car out in the sun or heat the badges with a hairdryer so when you lift the badge most of the adhesive comes with it.

Doing it cold leaves heaps more adhesive behind.
