ok here is the idea matt_vp came up with to make the twin throttles open up together. its is so simple its stupid. i have looked at twin cable setups,the cable and a rod to the other throttle,and using a pipe and text screws to get them to open together. and all along half of the puzzle was in front of me under the tps and it got the throttles nice and close together to help save room under the bonnet.

good idea. maybe just add a small collar with a crub screw to support the the joint. those butterfly shafts are fairly thin to begin with

lol all the ones ive doen and another mate has done is weld a bit of round steel between the 2 tb works well never had problems one thing is it makes the shaft impossible to remove from tbs which is a major downside

well the inside is nice and clean ill get in to the face plate with mat tommoro for the throttle bodys

Used a flapper wheel on a die grinder to clean up the inside.
