Let us know how you go. I need to change mine now i found out i don't need to remove the housing. Just make sure you lube the lip of the seal with some Vaseline so it doesn't burn before the fluid gets in and keeps it lubed.

Changed the seal this arvo took about two hours some of the bolts were tricky to get to cause of the gear selector being in the way so put it in 1st and it moved enough to get the bolts out. Getting out the old seal was a pain in the ass too but that was due to having the wrong tools for the job by only using a screwdriver ended up destroying the old seal getting it out but no damage was done to the housing and the new one was right to get in but nothing a few taps with fiberglass hammer didn't fix and In she went. Vaseline worked great for lubing the lip of seal. Took for a test drive and no leakage and all is good. Thanks for the help :)

Mine is going to be a tad easier to do than your is as I have a VR. Going to do mine next week on my week off work. I have a seal leaver so I will use that. I also have the luxury of a pit so it should be nice and straight forward.
