Weird Clunking noise

So I’ve just changed my oil on my vf sv6 commodore Ute and I don’t know if it is just coincidental but now my ute is making a clunking noise coming from the transmission.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what’s the resolution??

You used the correct oil grade?
You have double checked it's got the correct amount in there?
You changed the filter?

That doesn't sound like the transmission to me. It sounds like a crank having a sook. Or at best timing chains slapping around?

Did you take any of the heat shielding off?
