can anyone help i just had to replace the welsh plug in the passanger side head at the back because it blew clean out when i gave a the car a boot full. has anyone had this happen to them ar does anyone know what mey ahave caused it????

That is quite strange actually. Most cases with welsh plugs is getting them out, not having them pop out! I really can't say i've ever heard, or dealt with this kind of problem so all i can say is hopefully it was either a slighty smaller size, or it wasnt fitted properly, and that the one you replaced is fine.
