I recently tore down my l27 motor and I'm in need of some Welsh Plugs. I bought some off eBay but I didn't get the right ones. Anyone have any suggestions for where I can buy them?

Also i need some advice removing the 2 Welsh Plugs to the top left and right of the cam on the front side. I hit the edges but they both went in too far so I don't know how to get them out...

Repco will have/be able to get them. And, deform the plugs that you've pushed inside and pull them out with a set of pliers.

Aren't the welsh plugs made of stainless on these engines as mine were and I attempted to replace one only to find out they were not made of mild steel at all and thus they were pricey as hell at a Holden Dealer and especially the ones at the back of the heads, from memory $22 each ouch !
