prolly use s1 coz i have a set out in the shed that came with the car in good knick but they are dismantled atm gotta score some old freebie seats and use the rails n bolts n all that. trust me lol anythings softer than these seats that are in it now. plus the drivers seat in it now seems to be shagged from my fat ass and the v8 torque combo:rofl: (don't get cheap autotechnica seats with a v8 or turbo if ur a big guy like me)

Check rails for cracks before you put them in - lots have small cracks in them by now. I have now broken 3 in my VN:whistling - all since putting a greenfoam tune in the V8 I might say.

Update: Been a while since i did anything to her she's been runnin like a dream (had diff and box serviced and new centre tailshaft bearing and balance bout 12 months ago), New waterpump a few months back,
    This week:
4x new Bf goodrich Gforce profiler 245 40 r18 ($200 ea highly recommend!!) , 4x New springs raised it up with pedders lows (sick of riding on bump stops), New master cylinder, 2 new 2nd hand s1 stato front seats :p, Plugs + leads + rotor button.

There was a mystery banging noise when cornering left hard like bang bang bang bang, was the tailshaft hitting the tunnel lol too low,all gone now looks like a truck tho with new springs hopefully they settle down a little :p. Such a reliable car very happy with her still.

Oh and since i got the foamtune have only run her on V power.

Another update been a while: had a leaking pinion seal in the diff and the bearings were in bad shape so just had it rebuilt before it went bang, had 4 leaking welch plugs so motor out and did both sides.
Gave it an oil and filter change. had an issue where the drain pipe at the top of the firewall on passenger side was blocked and flooded the floor on those mini cyclone type rain storms we got in vic, cleared it and dried her all out no harm done hehe. Car is still going good might do dizzy cap and rotor arm again soon. Brakes are not the best though replaced master cylinder and a bleed a few months back but brakes still not 100% might try better pads or even vt brake upgrade will see what happens :)
