If you've always had cheap tyres you probably don't appreciate the difference good tyres make to overall handling in both dry and wet as well as noise.
The KU31 is as cheap as I would go.
I used to run Dunlop sp3000's prior to saving $200 a tire.
You shouldn't be pushing a vehicle on the STREET to point where you can notice the difference between the 2. Ones I use weren't noisy either.
It's a each to their own topic. I personally rather spend $100 a tire fitted then $250 +
