Ok guys guess what, LEAK IS FOUND!! for anyone having the same problem fear not, its not as bad as you think.
The leak was coming from around the window seal on the back left hand side door. Underneath the interior trim there is think plastic that is cut to size to fit around the inside of the door sealing any water. Someone before me has ripped this off and not re-glued it properly resulting in the water thats meant to dribble out the bottom being caught by this plastic and driven straight into the cabin leaking directly from the door seal joint down the bottom of the door frame. If anyone sees this join rising from corrosion your vs or vr is more than likely doing the same thing. In fact if any door seal joins are puffy from rust please check your doors coz a car full of water sux, trust me.
Hope this helps anyone with the same trouble.
Cheers
