now before I start I just wanted to say that yes I have searched this topic quite thoroughly and I’m bloody stumped,
I have a blue leather drivers seat out of a wh Statesman with the memory function and I can’t get it to function, at all, it has an 11 wire plug and I have tried so many wire combinations that it’s stupid and yet still can’t even get the damn led light to turn on on, anyone have a clue about the subject, or a photo of one that you’ve done with what wires to connect to the positive and negative? Or need any more information to help more? Any time spent will be much appreciated because all I wanna do is get the seat back into the car but working

i suspect the bcm controls the seat position so i dont think you will get full functionality out of it without a lux bcm
as mentioned if you dont know what you are doing, good chance of setting airbag off
best to source wh statesman diagram, good luck with that
maybe accentstencil has one

I'd say that he will have to forget the memory function.

Yo I’m back on sorry for late response, I’m not dense, so no I didn’t set my air bag light off, I was just trying to get functionality out of the motors mainly and I didn’t have the seat in the car (as you can clearly see)
But anyway I know about the higher bcm levels and yes I have a high/lux bcm out of a wh statesman that I can put in but wasn’t really wanting to do that more so just wanted to turn the seat into just a simple plug, what are the real benefits to changing bcm?
