HI guys SON has a wh with no major mods and about 185000 k on the clock. For no unknown reason started to die as in engine shutdown while driving along. When engine shuts down there are no warning lights or go on and all dash goes blank. when safely off road?? if you get there. Restart and goes ok for a while then dies again. Any clues where to start??

Do a code check. Could be a Crank Angle Sensor.

Sent from here, so you can read it there. via iPhone.

Soon to get WL
Na crank sensor would put all warning lights on just like if you stall correct? From the way I read it its as if he is loosing ignition feed. Does the radio and everything go out when it happens? Could be a bad ignition switch or blown main fuse that's sometimes staying connected???
