As expected the SMALL Garage was the Issue because the garage amplified the issue of noisy lifters. My Son what in the car in the garage where the car sat still for a few days then he started it and it was fair with noise but within 10 second of starting the car I told him to drive the car out and away from the garage and the Engine was good. Problem solved
