Sounds like an ex taxi.. you never know though, still could be fine - i've seen a vt ex-taxi with 650,000 klms, still running apparently.

woah too many kms, i paid 7000 for my vt at 130 000 at auction, go to the auction mate


if youre going to go for something, get something decent, im not saying it isnt decent but you could probbably add a few more thousand and get something with less k's, mightnt be a stato but could last alot longer (potentially)
with the new grants you could get an lpg installed for practically 1000 or less now, go to the auction in your state or keep looking, 400 000... it will probbably be due for a lot of chages, unless already changed... engine rebuilds etc, i just think that's way too many even if it is a statesman


is it running on lpg and petrol or just lpg? coz lpg burns alot faster than petrol so it's not always as efficent as it seems, mightnt have that extra "GO" if u know what i mean lol

if its done that many k's it may be a good thing.
engines generally need a rebuild or replacement at around 300,000
so the engine in it may only be 100,000k's old!
being on gas too i would tend to think it would have been at least rebuilt.

yeh mate check out the ex govt auctions if you want a stato, some good buys there... that ones been around aus 100 times, :yeah: yeh would have prolly been a taxi hey.

my mates uncle has a taxi that been round the clock and is up to 340000 again good ol vt
