I can't provide advice on what to buy, but I can say if Matchter is a brand that makes them avoid, avoid, avoid, nothing Machter is any good and eBay has a lot their products.

Repco have them for 284 each, ebay brands are hit and miss, ADA are 1 year warranty then you have gallop with 5 years, then there is one in Sydney saying don't buy cheap poo, buy ours. Choice is yours.

I've had GSP driveshafts in my daily driver VY ute for over 6 years now without any issues
Part number is CVS-355 ……...Made by an Aussie company called AADI who specialise in CV joints & driveline products
You can buy them from Supercheap, Autobarn, or I've also seen them from online sellers for under $200 each

Here is a link to some of their distributors

Some great reviews from online auto parts and their driveshafts. Just fitted a set to my prado and very happy. Decent warranty too - purchased through eBay at a good price.

I used suzukisuper on ebay for rear cv for my vy sv8...$60 or $80,v6 & v8 on listing but should be the same thing.

They're local so thought worth a try at that price & can take them straight back if no good although labour fee was a joke so did that easy job myself.

You can always buy the CV and swap them out. Unless the shafts bent, CV joint takes most of the wear and tear.

Worth a mention
