Had the maddest wheel spin from me flooring it after cutting out infront of someone without judging their speed properly. They must have been doing 30+ over the limit. Scared the **** out of me actually but that's part of learning and why i have P plates on.
Finally got to the shitty 5L placing of the right side rocker cover bolt on the rear of the cover. Then changed that gasket. Now... To remove a broken bolt somehow.. Tryed vice grips.. Next to try is drill and easy out.. Then last option. Weld.
Put in new anti theft screws for my plates since the old ones were stripped and rusted. Sent via iPhone 4 using Tapatalk.
Cleaned inlet manifold gasket surfaces as well as I could, started to clean lower inlet manifold. Seems to scratch a lot easier than the surfaces on the head block. Dying to get it all back together and hope to god it runs, and runs well with the new o2 sensors and fuel injectors.
I checked my oil, again. I have a 2011 series 2 SV6 sportwagon, SIDI engine, need I say more why I check the oil every day? lol?
water pump on power steering pump on lower intake on and decided to sell this haltech and buy a better one.
Changing brake fluid in my sisters VT wagon today, sprayings its engine cover and changing its oil Also need to take her car to the mechanic to get the baby seats installed
Well, not quite today, but on the Saturday gone, I installed some Lovells superlows, KYB excel G short shocks, WSC heavy duty link pins, front factory strut tower, new nolathane front castor bush thing, slotted DBA rotors, with new EBC green stuff pads. Increased the front castor, now just waiting until next weekend to do the alignment. The car feels much better now. For a car with 150 thousand kays, it feels really good. Now just to save for some bigger wheels, as my 17s are looking small with the car lowered

brand new VN Grp A rear calipers and rotors arrived today I trial fitted them - all good, don't even need to change the brake hose and my QFM A1RM pads are a straight swap from the old calipers Just got to wash all the protective oil off the rotors and calipers and give them a coat of caliper paint on the weekend.
