On one hand you got rid of the lancer.... On the other hand you bought a Hyundai Santa.

    Nah good work man.

Hooked up my trans cooler again, experienced what it's like not to have have one and have the trans get hot. :/
Paint stripped the paint off my chrome grills, was painted a green colour... wasn't a fan.

Re-made its car show display board. Took out all the businesses I used in resto (its so long ago now its irrelevant) and reformatted it to put more information about it, more info about its history, more info about VB Commodore itself.

Have 2 reasonably large shows coming up, Australia Day CARnivale in Sydney CBD, and the Gnoo Blas Classic Car and Bike Show here in Orange.

Raced it and did some sort of damage to the motor. Hopefully only a engine oil cooler hose. Done that one before and the symptoms lead that it may have happened again.

If it is the hose. Time for bigger hoses.

Washed and tried using fish oil on a few lil rust spots.
Not sure if I was supposed to rub it in or just spray and leave it.

I two bucket washed my G8 GT plus my wife's two vehicles and got all the winter crud off. I followed up with a Meguiar's D135 Detail Spray wipe down. It was mostly sunny, breezy and 7*C today. After last Mondays record cold spell it felt down right balmy. Here's a pic from Monday morning after I pulled in the office parking lot. That reading is in C not 'Merican.

Pardon the iPhone camera please. The high on Monday was -24C which is f#@%^&* cold by any measure.

    His wagon looks good.
