Do you have a thread discussing this issue?

Found some dried coolant around the thermostat housing yesterday, had a look and the gasket was toast. Replaced that, bled everything, no dramas.

On the drive home today, had the top radiator hose come off, piss coolant everywhere on the road. Turns out, if you don't re-tighten your hose clamp, it comes off. Who would've thought.

Reminds me of when I did the water pump and didn’t tighten the bottom rad hose enough, drive to work the next morning was a wet one lol

Took out the leaking alloy P.O.S and fitted the OE spec radiator and plastic shroud to the car.
I just need a proper 100kpa rad cap and we are away (I could only find a 135kpa in my garage spares).

have a knock while turning and while on a bit of dirt over the weekend had some front end knock. Ordered sway bar linkages and bushes, and panhard rod bushes. Got the two piece ones. The sway bar links and bushes were $20 with postage, so I hope they last a bit! I don't do a real lot of dirt maybe 10k a week. That's the front end all rebushed now.

And that would be why everyone says sell your V6 and buy a V8 rather than do the conversion, lol....
