[WA] What diff do I need for my 2000 vt Calais super 6 auto

2000 Holden vt Calais supercharged v6
Hi guys, I have a 2000 vt supercharged v6 auto and I need to change the diff. Wanting to know what diff I need?

It should be fitted with a BW M80 with 3.07 ratio gears.

Depends on what was optioned when bought. Most definitely ABS but LSD was optional.

Is there a label on the side of the diff?

No I don’t think it’s the original diff as this one has been welded ‍♂️ that’s why I want to replace it

Yeah then you want to find any diff from a VT LS1 Auto car and it'll bolt straight in. I think VX series 1 LS Auto should work too. VX series 2 not as the drive shaft coupling changed.

Or you could just fit a new diff centre. Something like a Eaton Trutrac or one of the cheaper copies
