I Came Across These Pacemaker Extractors This Arvo And I Dont Kno What There Off But I Think They must Be Off A Old Holden Of Some Sort
Hopefully Someone Can Help Me Out

Either that or two different four cylinders.

I was just trying to identify the port shape, but no luck.

There may be some siamese 'D' port heads out there, i remember seeing them, but can't remember what they are off or anything like that.

Just looking through the pacemaker site, it's not out of a commodore by the look of the primary to secondary tube size, they're out of something like this....HK-HZ, WB or LH-LX torana.
