What fits VS Series 2 indicator stalk with cruise

Having a BIT!!! of trouble sourcing an indicator stalk for a Series 2 VS Equippe
. Would any one have any idea if any other will fit. Apparently they are different to the Series 1. It is just the connectors or are they totally different? If so, does any body know who the engineer was so I can track him down and insert said stalk into a body orifice. Thanks in advance.

Perhaps a BIT!!! of trouble was not strong enough!. Any I have found on Ebay and in fact on a Google search do not fit Series 2. I am trying to determine the difference e.g is it just the connections or is it totally different. As a last resort I have even put a parts request to Holden and am waiting reply.

i just checked the gregorys it covers series 1 2 ..it doesn t mention anything about different stalks fitted with cruise ( combination switch)
here the ebay list vr vs vt and some of the single connectors are covered in foam for protection

The Series II is definitely different. I am trying to determine waht the difference is.

Pulled it out and took a photo of the part numbers. Dr Google tells me that the stalk is off a variety of Opels and Vauxhall Vectra's etc. Definitely a cousin of my SAAB as it shares component with a Vectra eg GM 2.6l V6. Can get one from overseas, but the pages are all in German and won't translate!

Id be wary of getting one from overseas because you might find out it goes on the opposite side.

you need to ring holden with the Vin Number of you car to get the right part number.
part number on parts are not always right.
