Ok here is the story , was removing the stock tweeters to see if i could get a better sound without them .
In the process I accidentally hit the tweeter terminal with my screw driver causing a short (yes i know i shouldn't have been doing it with power on ) . Anyways now there is a loud as high pitched whirring / whistling noise coming through all the speakers when i have the volume on the head unit on 0 , as soon as i turn the volume up it sorta goes away ,
what could this be ?
a blown fuse in the head unit or something ?
