Im gonna replace my spark plugs and leads.I've been told to replace one at a time to make sure they go on right. What if a lead was connected to the wrong plug.I'm assuming it would not fire up at all.Is this the case?

guessing it would fire in the wrong order (so it'll start up)...and what that would do...well i can only guess, best bet not to try ;)

it would misfire like a... um.... something that misfires alot...

i remeber in auto-tech in year 12 i thought it would be a laugh to show my mates what happened if you swapped the number 1 and 2 plug leads around on a bluebird... the teacher started it and it ran like a lawn mower

Yep would misfire like a bitch. Best way to do it mate is to take 1 lead off the coil pack....follow it to the spark plug. Take it off the spark plug. Then measure it up with the new lead your putting on....put the right end on the coil pack and run it the same way to the spark plug that you have left exposed and then replace that spark plug, then pop the lead on the top. I found it easier to work from the Plug back to the coil pack but either way dont forget. And if you do i think that if you read your Owners manual it has the Cylinder numbers in there anyway so you should be able to match them back up wit hthe numbers on the coil pack and it should all be good :D

Ur best bet is to buy genuine leads they are numbered so that you cant go wrong also be careful of the plastic clips holding the leads on the drivers side they can get real brittle and they tend to break this happened on my VS so i just zip tied the leads together and it seems to be ok
