Pioneer GM-D7400M Mono Car Amplifier

Boston SL60 6" Component Speakers

Pioneer GM-5300T Car Amplifier 2 Channel

Stinger SWK4 Amplifier Wiring Kit 4GA

Aerpro APC3 RCA Lead

So with having the stock speakers in the back doors and self it wont wreck the quality up front?

Nah, you just fade the head unit to the front so you hear most of the sound from the front speakers.

LOL I'm famous.

If you mean the stock rear door speakers then I'm pretty sure they are 6", the parcel tray on the other hand is 6"x9" which is equilivant in bass to a 8" speaker, depending on the quality of the speaker of course.

As for anything else, it doesn't look like that Stinger kit comes with any RCAs, so you will need a pair of them. They are cheap as piss but I would spend the extra few dollars and get some good Stinger ones (they are just built good, just like everything else Stinger).

Also if you are doing all the install yourself then you will also need a carton of beer and make sure you get a professional tune. Best $40 (roughly) you will ever spend. Even the best system will sound like ar$e if you don't tune it right. But if its getting installed for you it should be tuned anyway.

haha yeah the rear speakers are in good condition, so that shouldnt be a problem.

What kit would you recommend then? Also would I stick with pioneer tweeters?

No No, the stinger kit is fine, the best in its class, without spending huge amounts. RCAs are like $5-$10 each for good ones.

And by tweeters do you mean the front splits. Then Boston are an excellant brand. If you want you can have a look at the Focal range too but will be a tiny bit harder finding a store that stocks them, mainly only dedicated car audio stores.

If you want then have a look through this thread:

With component speaker (split systems) you will have a 6/6.5" "woofers", a 1" tweeter and a crossover (just a little box. The normal place to put them is the door for the 6.5" speaker, and the factory place for the tweeter (just next to the A pillar).

And yeah that RCA looks right, but pricey though. I still think you should go into a store and buy this stuff, normally you can bargain them down heaps, especially if you buy a system.

What suburb are you in?

Stylyn are in Boronia, but most of the gear you're buying you will get cheapest from JB Hifi.
