id say you will need to run a sandwhich plate man. maybe try a different oil filter on teh sandwhich plate

dont see why u cant run a T piece where the original oil sender is and have ur aftermarket one hanging off the side?

he is running a t piece with factory sender and pressure gauge, but wants oil temp as well. u needa use teh sandwhich plate

EDIT:thinking about it, a sandwhich plate is the better option

yup it sure is, the only problem is that with the sandwitch plate on it the oil filter dosent fit, cuz the male part of the adapter is to long and the filter wont line up (engine mounts are in the way)

and before you say get it cut down, i allready have, by 5mm and it still to long (i dont wanna trim it down any further)

so im back to square 1 - slaming myhead into a wall that is

i allways put oil temp in the sump with a threaded bung.you would need good fresh flowing oil going past the oil temp sender to actually get a reading in the T-peice is just stagnant non moving oil so i dont think you would get any worthy figures from it.T-peices can be had from engineers shop or hydrolink mate cheap as.can join as many together as you need for outlets.

so its either drill a hole in the sump and thread it for the temp sender or, use a sandwitch adapter?

ive allready got the sandwitch adapter but its fitting the all important oil filter thats the big problem!

will the filter fit in there once its on.maybe just fit it up with the mount loosened off then put the mount back on
