Running no weight, Tyres are at 37 Psi Front and 42Psi are the rear car has immaculate servicing haven't missed any services
kept mostly clean and had injectors cleaned and checked out with my fathers very honest and trustworthy mechanic for any faults.

I'm thinking of a Cold Air Intake and thinking of running a economic exhaust state for the car.

Anything below an average of 30km/h will suck.

Try to do more highway during your tests and it will get better. At the moment I'm at 11.7L at 37-38km/h on average. I try not to have the air-con on all the time. But that's with an OTR, SSV exhaust, pacemaker headers, mace spacers and a catch can, 20" tyres at 36 PSI.

I drive in a spirited way, but give it a kick when I can.

The good this is, you need more fuel, but you don't need it as often as if you were doing a lot of highway ;-)
So at the end of the day, liters / day is probably the same.

Capsule you've given me hope on this car!

would CAI or an OTR help alot in fuel economy?

Would you list any websites where i can buy Holden parts besides from their own website.

and was there much differences when you done all of the modifications?
or had they fixed the fuel economy?

I think the OTR helps a lot in terms of drivability, the car definitely felt lighter when I fitted it, especially at low rpm. The headers gave a good mid range kick, the spacers, not some much but it helps keeping the intake to reasonable temperature levels and prevents a bit of heat soak. About heat soak, I also removed the engine cover.

I can't really tell if they changed the fuel economy but they definitely improved the performance so I guess, if you still drive the car in a spirited manner after the mods, the engine requires less efforts to get moving so yes, I would say it certainly helps fuel economy. After all, it's all about optimisation.

I reckon the best way to get a good fuel economy is a tune, and that's my next mod planned.

nice and easy just get an sv6 front+rear bumper and grab yourself a spoiler for the boot
it won't seem like you're trying to hard and the sv6 exterior looks great!
would also recommend grabbing ss or sv6 rear mufflers for $50/$75 to complete the look.

wont be hoony but will turn your car into something memorable
